Returns Policy

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to:

  • replacement, refund, or repair for a major failure (e.g., unsafe, defective, or significantly different from its description).
  • repair or replacement for products that are not of acceptable quality (e.g., minor defects).

30-Day Easy Returns

  • Change of mind: Return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping costs and resolve the issue (repair, replacement, or refund).

Exceptions

  • Custom/personalized items, perishables, and digital products cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 10 business days after we receive the item.
  • For major failures, refunds include original shipping costs.
